 At K-Lee Construction, we start your renovation by meeting with you at your site to learn about your requirements and discuss relevant work in our portfolio. We also provide references to help you decide if we are the right contractor for you. If you require design and decorating consulting services, we can provide those as well. After discussing the price range for your renovation project and agreeing on a price, we sign a letter of intent. This level of commitment enables us to do detailed and professional planning on your renovation and ensures that all necessary trades make site visits to establish a project timeline. 

After you have decided to proceed with us on your renovation project, we sign a contract that details every aspect of your project. If you wish, we can also show you our liability insurance, our Workers’ Compensation certificate, and our up-to-date city license. Once the contract is signed, the work is ready to begin.
